5 Simple Ways to Find Inner Joy

1. PRACTICE DEEP BREATHING

Slow down your breathing. Count from 1-5 as you inhale in. Count from 5-1 as you exhale out. Witness and notice your breathing.

2. TRUST THE JOURNEY

Trust you are exactly where you are meant to be. Trust you have everything you need. Trust any challenges are keeping you on your path. Trust you are complete.

3. SLOW DOWN

Find a comfortable place and simply just be. Take a break. Give yourself permission to rest, restart and renew.

4. BEND IN THE BREEZE

Go with the flow. Ride the waves. Adapt.

5. DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY
